Privacy Policy - the basics

Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy. 

 

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location. 

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.

Advertising Services Policy By purchasing advertising services through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Services. We provide digital advertising services only. All advertisements are displayed in accordance with the schedule and specifications selected at the time of purchase.payment Terms

All payments must be submitted online at the time of booking. Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the ad going live. For multi-month campaigns, subsequent payments are due 48 hours before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid interruption or cancellation. Ad Submission Requirements

Clients must submit final ad content (image/creative) within 48 hours of payment. Failure to submit materials within this time frame may result in cancellation of the order without guarantee of placement.  Refund PolicyFull refunds are available only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled go-live date.Once within 48 hours of launch, all purchases are considered non-refundable for the full 30-day term. No refunds will be issued for content creation services once the material has been reviewed and approved by the client.Privacy & Content Use. All client-provided advertisements remain confidential.We do not share, distribute, or sell ad content to any third party.

General Terms: We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that does not meet our content standards or technical requirements. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
